The objective of celebrating World Health Day is to spread awareness about both physical and mental health that can help people to improve their lifestyle. Every Year on 7th of April World Health Day is celebrated. This day is celebrated annually to draw attention of people on health issues that affects all over world.

As there is a saying ‘Health is wealth’ and still we    tend to ignore our health due to our busy lifestyle. On the occasion of World Health Day we took a rally of our students to village Kodariya. Using poster and slogans students created awareness among people for maintaining their physical health as well as their mental health. Key points to covered through this rally are:

  1. Exercise Regularly
  2. Get enough sleep
  3. Eat balance diet
  4. Stay mentally calm
  5. Pay attention to your body
  6. Stay Hydrated
