National Science Day is celebrated in India on 28 February each year to mark the discovery of the Raman Effect by Indian physicist Sir C. V. Raman on 28 February 1928. For his discovery, Sir C.V. Raman was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930. National Science Day is celebrated to spread a message about the importance of science used in the daily life of the people. It is celebrated to discuss all the issues and implement new technologies for the development in the field of science. Objectives: To display all the activities, efforts and achievements in the field of science for human welfare. To give an opportunity to the scientific minded citizens in India. To encourage the people as well as popularize science and technology.

Online Science Quiz on 28-02-2022: The celebration included online science quiz where many students participated in quiz out of three selected for toppers and all other participants also got certificates.

Activity on 28-02-2021: All the students were gathered on the occasion of science day and they were showed Foucault pendulum and how its works and basic principle and scientific definition and everything were explained. All the disciplinary majors were taken and all covid protocols are followed during this session.
